Dave Person has worked for us numerous times over several years. Dave is a great listener and will go out of his way to understand fully what we are hoping to achieve and often has suggestions of best ways (most economical in time and money) to handle a particular project. Initially he worked for us as a “handy-man” – ticking off several small to medium sized projects to ready our home for sale. Since we’ve moved he has worked on larger projects such as complete re-working of our kitchen and master bath.
Dave is reliable, trustworthy and intelligent: important qualities we value and need in a person who will be entering our home when we are away, and making choices and changes in collaboration with us that will affect our family living for the long term.

David Person has replaced windows and doors, repaired wood rot, replaced sections of fencing, fixed our exterior gate, built shelving, put in tile, repaired drainage, and numerous other tasks. Recently he prepped, repaired, and painted the exterior of our (ca. 1892) house. In every instance he has done sterling work, meeting or beating our expectations.
I don’t know anyone I trust more than Dave. He has always been fair and accurate with quotes. He is quick to offer options that can save money (or add charm to our home). He is friendly, personable, and dependable. He is an all-around good guy, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

David Person has worked on our historic home from top to bottom over the last ten years.
In addition, David maintains and repairs two additional apartments in our multi-family home as well as a free standing rental house. He has also been our point person for all tenant turnovers in these three rental units for these ten years. Estimated number of tenant turnovers handled are about twelve.
In all three units we trust David to interface with our tenants regularly, addressing their concerns and protecting our real estate investments.
