5-Point Checkup

I provide a 5-point building check-up and strategic care plan:  

1. Inspect building envelope—everything that keeps the weather out; identify items that are problematic and plot a course for correction.
2. Inspect kitchen and laundry appliances, and build go-to point of reference for their age, issues and serial numbers.
3. Review building systems of heating, air conditioning and air flow and create budget for care and maintenance.
4. Assess comfort issues of temperature, utility and safety through walk through and questionnaire to those living in space and recommend improvements.   
5. Identify code issues and determine the easiest path to conformity.
